Vacuum-coated aluminum crucible
Special graphite/siliconized crucible for aluminum plating film production
Vacuum-coated aluminum crucibles are mainly used for the processing of special graphite/siliconized crucibles, especially playing a crucial role in the vacuum coating process. Their application fields include the specialized equipment manufacturing industry, and are widely used in various civilian and military fields such as solar robots, unmanned aircraft, wearable smart products, and electric vehicles.
Product advantages:
1. In response to the process requirements of vacuum aluminum plating, our company has specially developed special graphite materials. These materials have a high volume density and a low porosity rate, which effectively resist the erosion of molten aluminum and gaseous aluminum particles.
2. The graphite material has undergone special processing and exhibits excellent anti-oxidation properties, with low consumption and a long service life.
3 Graphite materials have high purity and low ash content. During the vacuum evaporation process, no harmful volatile substances are produced. The surface of the light-protected aluminum film forms defects such as nodules, pockmarks and pinholes, providing quality assurance for the aluminum-coated film.
4.It can be combined with special coatings. The bonding strength of the coating is more than ten times that of ordinary coatings, and the service life can be increased by an average of 3 to 5 times.
Product processing / production:
The crucible can undergo secondary isostatic pressing treatment, and can be subjected to polishing treatment, coating treatment, modification treatment, purification treatment, and anti-aluminum erosion treatment. It has precise dimensions and a smooth surface.
Service life:
Depending on the vacuum aluminum deposition process and product quality requirements, the graphite crucibles produced by Sanjing can be used continuously.
24 – 168 hours, or 30 – 300 times of coating production completion.
Production Usage:
Vacuum aluminum deposition is a production process that involves vapor depositing metallic aluminum onto the surface of a film substrate under vacuum conditions to form a composite film. For plastic films such as BOPET, BONY, BOPPPE, and PVC, the aluminum deposition is mostly carried out using the direct vapor deposition method. While for paper and leather, the aluminum deposition is mostly done using the vapor deposition followed by transfer method.
Graphite crucibles are commonly used consumable components in the production of vacuum aluminum-coated films. The quality of the graphite crucible directly affects the product quality and production cost of the aluminum-coated films. The quality requirements for graphite crucibles in vacuum aluminum coating are extremely strict, and currently, there are not many enterprises that can produce and supply stably.
